The name
The Welsh word for ash.
Onnen is the Welsh word for ash, the timber historically chosen for structural beams. Strong, flexible and long-lived. Those are the qualities we build into everything that carries the name.
We build focused security and compliance software, and we keep the disciplines behind it under one roof. Products are better when the people building them have also secured a tenant, restored a backup and sat through the audits.
We are a Welsh business, and we work with clients in Welsh and English. For organisations that serve Welsh-speaking communities, that matters, and we are proud to offer it as standard.

We ship what we recommend.
Plenty of consultancies will tell you how software should be built or how security should be run. Fewer put their own name on products and live with the consequences.
Ours are ONassure for vendor risk management, ONbackup for backup and recovery, and ScreenSwytch for multi-monitor control on Windows. Everything we learn running them feeds back into the advice we give you.
